Is the Free Plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan stays free with no subscription fee and no hidden charges. New stores get a one-time welcome bonus of 500 order credits, valid for 15 days. After that you can buy credit packs, subscribe to a paid plan, or both.
What are order credits and how do they work?
Order credits power order processing on the platform — typically one credit per processed order. Paid plans include a credit allowance for each billing period (for example every 3 months on Starter plans). You can buy one-time credit packs anytime without changing your plan.
Can I change my plan at any time?
You can request an upgrade or downgrade on a paid plan anytime (one change per billing cycle). Your current plan’s access and credits continue until the end of the current period; the new plan applies at the next successful renewal. Moving from Free to a paid plan starts a new subscription via offline payment (usually WhatsApp).
What happens if I run out of order credits?
When your available credits reach zero, credit-consuming order processing is blocked until you top up or subscribe/upgrade. Buy a credit pack anytime, or move to a higher plan for more credits per period. We’ll remind you when credits run low.
Do higher plans cost less per order?
Yes. Higher plans include more order credits at a better rate per credit than staying on Free with top-up packs, or than a lower paid plan. Check the pricing cards for per-plan savings where shown.
What payment methods do you accept?
Right now we only accept offline payment in Algeria: Baridi Mob, bank transfer, or cash — usually arranged via WhatsApp.
Is there a setup fee or cancellation fee?
No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no hidden costs. You only pay for your plan or credit packs. You can cancel your subscription anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How are paid plans billed?
Starter plans are typically billed every 3 months. Advanced plans use longer periods (for example 6 months or yearly, depending on the plan). Included credits apply to that billing period; extra credit packs are one-time purchases.
What's included in the Custom Plan?
Custom is for sellers who need a negotiated credit volume or billing terms. You get the same full platform and API access as paid plans, sized to your store. Contact us for a quote.
